Jo Poulin has been in Real Estate for over 15 years.  Her specialty is in Relocation with a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation from the Employee Relocation Council.  CRP educates realtors on the best ways to make a move  as stress free as possible.  stresses of moving families, how to make the move as quickly and smoothly as possible, tax issues and the best way to work with the third party relocation companies.   Jo is the only Realtor in Morgantown who has attained this designation. 

Since obtaining her license in WV in 2007.  Jo has worked at KLM Properties, Inc. She has been in the top 25 Sales Associates in Monongalia County.

Jo’s passions are selling real estate and working with dogs.  I love animals.  My boys are currently 3 mini aussies and a German Shepherd who just earned his 2nd tracking/nose work certification.  Our German Shepherd has tracked and found 3 lost dogs in the last 2 months!  I belong to Mountaineer Kennel Club and spend a lot of time working with problem and abandoned dogs to socialize them for their new homes.  If you are thinking about adopting a dog please let me know as we might have one that will be a good fit for you.

Jo also helps out at the Rosenbaum House at Ruby hospital.
